My Best Friends ever!!!!!

Hello, Today I am going to talk about my best friends.  My best friends are Kara S., Kirsten D., Lexi R., Haley W., Haley R., Taylor M.,  Carly L.,  Megan S., and Nicole W.  They are special to me.  :D I think they will be My Best friend forever.  [BFF]  I hope whoever reads this gets to meet all of those girls.  I met Taylor in 2nd grade.  I also met Kara in 2nd grade too.  I met Haley R. in 4th grade because she just moved in to Carroll,IA.  I met Haley W. in 3rd grade.  I met Kirsten in 4th grade.  I met Carly in 3rd grade.  I also have other best friends, but I didn't put them on I am gonna make another list of friends.  I met Nicole in 2nd grade.  all of these girls are in my class.(except Haley W.)  On the first day of 2nd grade, Taylor was really really nice to me and said I Could sit by her, because I was new.  Well those are my best friends!!!!  Thanks for reading my blog!!!!(millerccsd.blogspot.com)Bye!!!!

When I Grow up I wanna Be. . .

When I grow up I want to be a vet.  I chose to be a vet because I love animals.  My favorite animal is a dog.  My favorite kind of dog is a golden retriever.  I think I would be good at being a vet because even mean dogs love me.

          Wow, my day was busy.  There were 5 beagles, 6 cats, 7 golden retrievers, and 10 poodles.  I had to give shots to them, but I had some help from the staff.  They knew I was needing help.  My best friend shares an office with me.  She helped me too.  She said "I think this is the busiest days yet."  We had one meeting.  It was about getting a bigger building.  I think it is a good idea. We really  need a bigger building.  My boss bought a really big building.  Now, we can each have our own office.

What I am doing for Christmas

Hey, What are you  doing for Christmas this year?  I am staying home for Christmas.  I hope to get a Ipod touch for Christmas.   I think it is better to give then to receive though.  We might go to our friends' house on Christmas day.  I asked for mostly clothes this year.  I am at the point where I don't want a lot of toys this year.  There is a lot of presents under our tree!  I got my sisters.........Well I can't tell you because if I do they might come on to my blog and see what I got them. I am pretty sure they will like the presents.  My sisters and I got my Dad a gift that we all think he will like.  My dad,my sisters,and me are getting my mom a present.  I am getting exited about Christmas!!!!!!!!!  I think it will be a very good Christmas this year.  The first year we lived, here My mom's sister came for Christmas.  Last year for Christmas, My family went on a Disney Cruise for Christmas.  We all had a very fun time.  I hope you have a fun time on Christmas break!!!!!Bye

Hello, Do you like basketball????  I do a lot.  A guy named Brian White tells me I have a good arm.  He tells me to go out for basketball every time he talks to me.  My sister is good friends with Brian.  We embarrass her when she is cheering.  We say things like"Come on you can cheer better than that."  We just tease her sometimes.  We watch her cheer a lot.  Brian says "Just give me a hour on a Saturday to teach you how to play basketball.''  Basketball is fun.  I love to go to Carroll basketball games.  I like to watch girls and boys basketball games.  My dad takes me to the basketball games.  I love Basketball.  Thanks For Reading My blog.  Bye

My School Adams Elementry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, What do you want for Christmas? My Dogs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I am going to talk about my dogs.  I have four dogs.  Callie, Sophie, Mollie,and Bella.  I love Mollie the best.  Mollie sleeps with me at night.  Mollie is a golded retrever.  She is very loyal.  She is naughty sometimes, but still is a good dog.  My family has had Callie before I was even born.  We got Sophie when I was about five.  My family got mollie in our neighborhood. She was so tiny I could pick her.  She is big now.  My oldest sister Kimberly got Bella for Birthday.  Bella pooped on me the first day we got her.  Callie is alergic to a lot of stuff.  One of the things she is alergic to is any dairy products.  So all of my dogs have to eat special food.  The other dogs got used to the other food.  I love my dogs so much!!!!!!!  Thank For Reading my blog!!!!!!!!!  Bye!!!!!!!

My Teacher Mr. Orlano!

Hello, Today I am going to talk about my teacher Mr. Orlano.  Mr. Orlano is a nice teacher.  He gets mad sometimes, but everyone gets mad sometimes.  He gets mad when you don't turn in your homework,or regular work.  So word of advice turn in your work!!!!!!  But he is still a great teacher.  I love to do math with him.  He really teaches me a lot.  He is really good friends with Mr. Simelink.  They love to joke around with each other.  Like the first day of school, Mr. Simelink hid in Mr. Orlano's school closet.  Mr. Orlano came to get something out of the school closet, and Mr. Simelink scared Mr. Orlano!  If he invited me to lunch in the classroom I would bring my own lunch.  I would ask him about his family and friends.  I think it would be interesting if he knew that I have four dogs Callie, Sophie, Mollie, and Bella.  Mollie sleeps with me.  He might not know that I like Geronimo Stilton books, and Franny K. School Lunches!!!!!

Hello, What school lunches do you like?????I like a lot of school lunches, but some I don't like very well.  My favorite school lunch is beef and cheese nachos.  One school lunch I don't like very is the school's pizza.  I mean it is OK.  Another school lunch I like is salisburry steak and mashed potatoes. My Thanksgiving weekend!!!!!!

Hello, Have You heard of black Friday?  It is on Thanksgiving night to Friday afternoon.  I went to Walmart at 2:00am!!!!!!  I slept for six hours when I got home!!!!!!  I slept from 7:00 to 2:00!!!!  I had to carry a 32 inch TV across Walmart!!!!!!  My dad got a 42 inch TV,too.  My mom went to Des Monies and got a 55 inch TV,also.  When she got home she slept with me for 4 hours!!!!  That night I had trouble sleeping.  But my dog Mollie kept me company.  I had A fun time getting up that early,and sleeping for six hours.  When I when I woke up I helped cook for Thanksgiving.  We cooked pumpkin pies,
 pumpkin bars,and pear salad.  That night when we got done cooking I went to a movie called tangled with my best friend Haley Weber. Well, thank you for reading my blog!!!!Bye!!!!!

Thanksgiving

Hello,Thanksgiving is one of my favorites.  Thanksgiving means to me to just give thanks to the people I love.  I love the food I eat on Thanksgiving.  I love to see all of my family and friends.  I am  thankful for the food I eat every day.  I am also thankful for the house that I live in and the school I go to.  I love my mom's stuffing on Thanksgiving.  I love to help my mom cook on Thanksgiving.  This year for Thanksgiving,my mom's sister and her husband and kids and my mom's brother and his wife and kids are coming for Thanksgiving.  Have A Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!!

Panda Bears!!!!

Hello, Today I am going to talk about pandas.  One thing about pandas is they are very playful.  I was reading a book about pandas,and found that out.  They swing on tree branches.  They hang upside down From trees.  They sometimes walk up hills, and roll down them.  It is funny and cool.  Pandas usually eat bamboo.  The have an extra bone to grip the bamboo.  Pandas bend back the tree branches to rest on them.  Panda cubs drink their mothers rich milk.  The mother panda licks it to keep it clean. Black Bears!!!!!:)

Hey everyone!!!!!Waz up????Today I am going to talk about Black bears.  Black bears mostly eat berries,nuts,grasses ,carrion,and insect larvae.  Oh, sounds good to me!!!!!!!Black bears are good swimmers and tree climbers.  Black bears can run up to 35 miles per hour.  They can live up to  25 years in the wild.[average age in wild is 18]Black bears can weigh about 600 pounds.  They very intelligent and curious.  Black bears usually give birth to 2 to 3 cubs in their mother's sleep.  Well, Thanks for reading my blog!!!!Bye!!!!

Hey waz  up????To day I am going to talk about tigers!!!!!!!There a lot of species of tigers.  One of them is the Siberian.  The male tiger hunts for food for it's family.  The female takes care of the baby tigers.  The Siberian tiger is one of the biggest tigers.  The biggest Siberian tiger is 13 feet long,700 pounds.  That must be a heavy tiger.  The sound of the tiger's growl is loud and sometimes scary.  Tigers eat a lot of stuff.  A couple of animals that the tiger eats is wild deer,cattle,and pigs.  Well got to go! Hello, Today I am going to talk about the book Hank Zipzer Summer School.  I am still reading it but I will tell you some of it.  I think it is a good book so far.  It is about Hank Zipzer can't learn very well. So he has to go to summer school.  There is one boy named Nick that doesn't like hank very well.  But Nick's girlfriend is in Hank's summer school class.  I think Nick is jealous of Hank because Hank get more attention then Nick.   Nick's girlfriend's name is Joelle.  They both don't like Hank very much.  I think they will become friends sooner or later.bye,bye!!

Hello, North America was a home to a lot of people.  And still is.  When Christopher Columbus landed in America, he thought he had reached a group of islands between Asia and Australia.  those islands were known as the East Indians.  Columbus therefore called the first North Americans "Indians."  Today, we refer to these people and their descendants as Native Americans or American Indians.  I wonder how Native Americans' ancestors came to this land?  I don't know? Alligators!!!!!!!

Alligators are large.  Sometimes small.  Alligators are reptiles.  My dad and I watch a show called swamp people.  It is about not just one group,but more than one group.  In one group their names are Tomy and Joey.  They go out and hunt big alligators.  Or as they like to call them  big gators.  Alligators in the wild are believed to live for 35-50 years.  In captivity their lifespan may be significantiy longer, perhaps 60-80 years.  Currently,there are are no scientific methods of analyzing an alligator.  OK! got to go bye,bye

Hello, WOW! Today the preschoolers came into my classroom today.  They showed us their costumes for Halloween.  They were so cute!  This week we did a lot of important stuff.  Like in grammar we did singular and plural nouns.  For example:The child's toy was on the ground.This week was red ribbon week!  On Monday we wore red ribbons.  On Tuesday we wore red.  On Wednesday  we wore carroll tiger shirts.  On Thursday we got an apple with are lunch.  Friday we wore our favorite team shirts.  In math we did subtraction and addition.Got to go. bye!:)

What We Are Learning In School!!!!!!!!

Hello,  What are you learning in school?   I will tell you what I am learning.  Do you like school?  It is OK for me.:)  We learned that vertebrates have backbones and invertebrates don't have backbones.  For more info go to Meredith Miller.  COOL!  We learned that plural nouns have a s,but singular nouns don't.  Have you herd of the miners in Chile?  Well the tunnel clasped when they where working! They got out safely ! That is so cool!There was one miner who his wife had a baby when in the 69 days!I also learned how to do elapsed time,too.  In tiger time we blogged sometimes,too.  I also learned in music that some people don't believe in technology!  So they ride in these things called bugys instead of cars!  That is cool!  My teacher asked my class if we would of moved to a different country and you could only bring 10 things what would they be?  I said I would bring my dogs Mollie,Sophie,Bella,and Callie.My D.S,my ipod, my teddy bears ,too.My pillow and a blanket.I got to go!bye,bye

Fish And Amphibians!

Hello,

Animals that have a backbone are called vertebrates.  Do you have a fish?  I don't because I have four dogs!  There are three types there is a bony fish, a cartilage fish and a jawless fish.  Fish are cold-blooded.  Cold-blooded means it's body temperature changes with the temperature of it's environment.  Fish have scales, just like people have skin.  Some fish live in fresh water such as streams and lakes.  But some live in the ocean,too.  Your skeleton has some cartilage and many bones.  Now to the amphibians.  Like fish,amphibians they are also cold-blooded vertebrates.  Amphibians are an important part of the environment.  Fish and amphibians are so cool!  Thanks for reading!Bye,Bye

Mollusk!

Can you think of a way a octopus and a snail are alike?  Not every mollusk has a shell.For example a octopus doesn't have a shell.  Did you know that people use mollusk for food?  That is sad!  Mollusks are soft bodied invertebrates that live on land or in fresh salt water.  Snails have one  shell.  Clams and oysters have two shells with a hinge.  Most mollusks have a head and a muscular foot for moving.  COOL!  How would you like to have snails and octopus for lunch?!

What I'm Doing In School!

What are you doing in school?  Well I Will tell you what I'm doing in school!  In math I'm ordering numbers.  I know it is boring so far but I will try to make it exiting!  We are also doing Nouns in grammar!  And ch and tch in spelling too!  WOW HOW COOL IS THAT!  My teacher is Mr. Orlano! Flat Worms

Flat worms are a simple Invertebrate. Flat Worms are simple worms with long, soft bodies that are flat.If a part of the flat worm gets damaged,the cells will grow back. Flat Worms are more  complex than sponges and stinging-celled animals. A flat worm  is another animal that undergoes regenertion. They have organs for moving ,digesting food,and getting rid of materials. Flat Worms have cells that form tissues for sensing their surroundings.         Do you know what a round worm is? Well if you don't I will tell you.Round worms have two openings .One is for food for the round worm.The second one is for wastes.Did you know you know that some round worms are parasites?A parasite is is an animal or a plant that lives on or in a host.COOL! Round worms have bodies that are more complex than the bodies of flat worms.But that is a different story.Did you know that one type of  a round worm lives inside a pig?! COOL!Thanks for reading.Bye

Today I read about Invertebrates. An invertebrate is something with out a backbone. For example the simplest kind of an Invertebrate is a sponge. Hi this is Meredith, Today I read a Fiction book called Stephanie's ponytail.  I thought it was a good book.  It's about a girl named Stephanie.  She wore to school a ponytail coming out the back.  When  she got to school all the girls said ugly ugly very ugly.  She said it was her ponytail and she likes it.  So the next day she went to school with a ponytail coming out the back.  But the girls in her class had ponytails coming out the back.  So she said that they were a bunch of copy cats.So she said the next day to her mom"I want a ponytail coming out the side."  The girls in her class even the boys said"ugly ugly very ugly."  She said"It was her ponytail and she likes it."  So the next day she went to school with a ponytail coming out the side.  But the girls in her class and even the boys came to school with a ponytail coming out the side.  She said "YOU ARE A BUNCH OF COPY CATS.TOMORROW  I'M  GOING TO COME  TO SCHOOL  WITH MY HEAD SHAVED."  So the next day every one came to school with there head shaved.  But Stephaine came to school with a ponytail coming out the back. Alabama

Hi this is Meredith, Have you ever  been to Alabama?  I have not.I read a story about Alabama today. I learned first is that even though the shape of the land may change, wherever you go in Alabama you will find things growing every where.  This lush ,green land brings forth beautiful flowering trees and shrubs.  Farmers raise cotton,corn,oats,wheat,and peanuts.  Wild Spanish moss laces the trees in swamplands.Here is some History about Alabama.  Did you know that in 1540 the Spanish explorer  Herando de  Soto led a Spanish force of five hundred into the Alabama region.  They were traveling south looking for gold.WOW That is cool.
